Clear rules for creators & fans.

Rush is built on trust. These policies cover what's allowed, how payments and refunds work, and how we keep live rooms safe.

Experience Policy

Rush is for genuine creator experiences. Anything you sell or host should fit one of these categories — and never cross into the prohibited list.

  • Exclusive music or content previews
  • Live listening sessions
  • Q&A rooms
  • Private 1:1 calls
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Creative workshops
  • Meetups, if safely organized
  • Digital downloadable content
  • Community requests and fan missions

Creator Responsibilities

  • Accurately describe the experience
  • Deliver exactly what you sell
  • Respect scheduled times
  • Communicate any changes clearly and early
  • Avoid misleading scarcity or fake claims
  • Follow safety and conduct rules
  • Only upload content you own or have rights to use

Fan Responsibilities

  • Respect the creator and other fans
  • Don't record or redistribute private content unless permitted
  • No harassment toward creators or other fans
  • Follow live room conduct rules
  • Respect cancellation and refund terms

policy pagamenti

  • Fans pay upfront when booking an experience
  • Rush may hold funds until the experience is successfully delivered
  • Creator payouts become available after successful delivery
  • Payouts can be paused if there is a dispute, policy violation, or refund request

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refund

Creator cancels, or the experience is not delivered.

Partial / no refund

Fan misses the session without prior notice.

Reschedule

Available when both creator and fan agree.

Digital content

Generally non-refundable once accessed, unless misrepresented.

Rush reviews disputes case by case. We may issue partial refunds, full refunds, or credit at our discretion to keep the marketplace fair.

Live Room Conduct

  • No hate speech
  • No sexual content
  • No threats or harassment
  • No recording without permission
  • No sharing private room links
  • Rush can remove users who violate these rules

Enforcement

When a policy is broken, Rush can take any of the following actions:

  • Remove content
  • Cancel experiences
  • Pause payouts
  • Refund fans
  • Suspend accounts
  • Ban repeat violators

We aim to be fair and transparent. Where possible, we'll notify the creator or fan first and give them a chance to respond.
